FDM
The biggest range and limitless application possibilities make the FDM the best additive manufacturing technology. This technology is processing thermoplastic materials stocked in a form of a wire wound on spools ( filament ) used for prototypes or ready to use items depending on application. The huge advantage of FDM is the option to choose a degree of detail filling, without the need to design the internal openwork, as needed in other technologies, which allows to significantly reduce the cost and mass while maintaining the required endurance.
We offer surface treatments on request:
- manual smoothing,
- painting.
SLS
SLS technology is used always there where there is a need for the precision when making the most complex geometric items maintaning their mechanical strength. This technology uses a laser as the power source to sinter powder material PA, aiming the laser automatically at points in space defined by a 3D model, binding the material together to create a solid structure.
We offer Surface treatment on request:
- dyeing ( it is not possible to acquire very precise color from RAL palette ),
- affixing of resin ( possibility to apply as a tank, 100% tightness ).
PolyJet
The technology which uses the UV light to solidify resin. There can be obtained the highest quality of 3D printing. This technology matches the quality that is produced acquired by the injection molding method. The precision and very high mechanical strength of the material allows to use the Polyjet technology in the most demanding appliances.
SLA
Stereolithoghraphy is the first technology used to make objects by the additive method. By using the UV laser it solidifies the resin. The difference between DLP and SLA is the solidifying method ,where DLP uses LCD screen or projector. Used wherever high accuracy and a large working area are required.
